Transcript Request

Starting 9/5/25, we will be processing transcripts through Parchment.  No transcripts will be processed at De La Salle without an appointment.  If you need to pick up a transcript in person at De La Salle, you must call (312-842-7355 ext 103) to make an appointment.

Alumni & Former Students of De La Salle and Lourdes High School: Click on the Parchment Button below to order your transcripts.  The fee is $5.

Current students: Click on the Parchment button below to order transcripts for yourself/scholarship programs.  For transcripts for college applications, you must see your counselor.
