Registration Information:

The program begins with registration at 11:30 a.m.  The shotgun tee-off, at 1:30pm, will be followed by a cocktail reception and dinner.  Registration for 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, dinner and cocktails is $170. Tickets for cocktails and dinner only are $50.  Spots are filled on a first come basis so make your reservation today!  Proper golf attire, consisting of collared shirts, golf slacks or walking shorts and soft spikes, must be worn at all times.
